Your organization has complex and varied goals and challenges. We understand and can support you by offering a broad range of consultation services which are carefully adapted to your specific needs.
Facilitation
CLC has trained facilitators for community events, meetings and presentations where a comfortable environment is created that allows freedom of expression in the language that most fully helps us connect to our ideas, questions and contributions.
Coaching
We believe every individual holds inner wisdom, cultural knowledge, and lived experience that helps us navigate the world. We all have a role in creating spaces that include and center people who have systematically been left out of conversations and decision-making.
We offer coaching services for organizational leaders and staff seeking to be more inclusive of culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
The CLC also offers coaching for community leaders seeking to grow their leadership capacity, confidence, and advocacy.
Consulting
Our consultation services are designed to increase engagement, participation, and leadership of linguistically diverse people within organizations and communities.
The CLC consulting team works closely with staff and community members to identify transformative practices and programs. We conduct organizational surveys, facilitate listening sessions, co-design implementation plans, and conduct implementation check-ins for progress and sustainability.
Training
We offer trainings and workshops to support organizations on equitable engagement practices.
Our learning sessions model the practice of using our heart language, connecting to peers, and fostering community. We strive to bring the content and approaches to life through authentic conversations. We engage in large and small group activities, offering individual and group reflection times.
